Well, as you may have guessed, “demo” is short for “demonstrator” and that’s just what they typically are. A dealer demo is usually a model at a higher end trim level used for demonstration purposes on the showroom floor or as a test drive vehicle so customers can get a feel for what their vehicle might be like.
